Global Promise is a charitable, faith-based, 501(c)(3) organization, based out of Laramie, Wyoming, U.S.A. Equipped with a wealth of international experience and professional expertise, a passion to help people, and a desire to serve God, we at Global Promise are making a powerful impact in the global community. The work that we do here in the U.S.A., and around the globe, is made possible through multinational partnerships, and positive relationships with community leaders and partners. From the overcrowded cities to the remote rural villages, we are working to make a difference.
Executive Director/Founder
Following his time in Mongolia, Shawn returned to the United States and received a degree in Business Administration at the University of Wyoming. While studying at the university, he founded Global Promise, Inc. as a charitable 501(c)[3]. Shawn has a vision to challenge, strengthen, and mobilize Christians to make a positive impact in their world. Furthermore, he hopes to continue working together with other community leaders and pastors to empower people in fulfilling their highest potential. Associate Director/ Director of Fire In The Nations
Upon returning to the United States, Mike worked as a youth pastor for 2 years. He is now the Associate Director for Global Promise, and resides in Redding, California with his beautiful wife Heather. The Lord has given Mike a strong passion for this generation. Mike desires to see them equipped and living their lives to the fullest with God. He has been used around the world to ignite revival in people’s hearts and to bring them into a stronger relationship with Jesus. Assistant Director
Shawn Kautzsch grew up in the rural oil and gas town of Big Piney, Wyoming. He attended Spirit Life Bible College in Irvine, California and graduated in June of 2001. Upon graduation from bible college, Shawn served as a missionary in Mongolia for three years. During his time in Mongolia he taught in numerous churches and bible schools, trained several helps ministry teams, started a ministry in the National Youth Prison, planned and organized evangelistic healing crusades, and helped to pioneer a two-year bible school in the capital city of Ulaan Bataar. 
Mike Gehringer was raised in Mammoth Lakes, a little mountain town in California. At the age of 19 he had an encounter with God that changed his life forever. He was instantly delivered from a lifestyle of drugs and alcohol. Mike then attended Spirit Life Bible College in Irvine, California and graduated in 2002. Following bible school he traveled around the United States, preaching and doing drama, with New Life Drama Company. In October 2002, Mike went to Mongolia to serve as a missionary for the duration of three years. While in Mongolia, he helped to pioneer the largest bible college in the nation. Robinson Odom was called into the ministry through a life-changing encounter with God at the age of 21. He is a graduate of Spirit Life Bible College in Irvine, California where he received impartation for ministry from president and founder Ps. Roberts Liardon and graduated in 2002. Robinson has traveled throughout North America, Asia, the Middle East and Europe preaching the uncompromiseable word of God, with signs following. Having served on the mission field full time for over 4 years, Rob now resides in the San Francisco Bay Area of California and is fulfilling the call of God as the Assistant Director of Global Promise and as the Missions Outreach Director at his local church. Robinson Odom has a heart for the nations to be reached and discipled by the gospel of Jesus Christ. His desire is to see that all would come to the knowledge of the truth and be trained to fulfill their God-given assignment in the earth.
